Private yoga sessions allow you to work on what makes sense for you, at your own pace, at a time that is convenient and comfortable for you. April will work with you to create a practice to address your specific needs and continually modify and adjust to meet you where you are at physically and mentally in each session.

April is a 200-RYT and has completed further trainings with Tiffany Cruikshank, Seane Corn, Ame Wren, Erica Mather and Tias and Surya Little.

Please contact us to schedule private and small group (think friends and family!) yoga sessions both at the studio and at your location. Top of the line mats, bolsters and props are provided and arranged, just show up and settle in.

**Please Note: All private and small group yoga sessions book by appointment only. All private and small group yoga sessions and package purchases are final with no refunds, transfers or exchanges.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance. If cancellation or rescheduling request is received less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged for your session.
