Before You Arrive
Everything you need to know before stepping into the studio.
Whether it is your first visit or your fiftieth, we want you to feel comfortable, prepared, and confident. Below are answers to common questions so you can arrive focused and ready to move.
-
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
-Class pack pauses or extensions are not available.
-Class packs are for individual use and may not be shared.
-Please arrive on time. If you arrive 5 minutes late or later for your class, your spot may be offered to someone on the waitlist.
-You will not be permitted into class if you are 10 minutes or more late. The warm-up portion of class is integral to safety, and late arrivals are distracting to the group.
-
Grip socks and a reformer towel are required to use the equipment. Both are available for purchase in-studio if needed.
Please bring water in a closed container. We do not sell bottled water on site.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Avoid overly loose pieces so instructors can clearly see alignment and form.
-
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled group class to allow time for the previous class to finish and for the equipment to be cleaned.
If you are brand new to reformer Pilates, we recommend booking an Introductory Private Session to learn the fundamentals and build confidence before entering group classes.
Your instructor will guide you through the equipment and class structure. Expect thoughtful movement, clear cueing, and steady progression. Classes prioritize precision over pace, so there is no pressure to move quickly or keep up with others.
-
No prior experience is required. We offer foundational classes and private sessions to help new clients build confidence.
If you are unsure where to begin, an Introductory Private Session is a great starting point.
If you are brand new to reformer Pilates, we highly recommend booking 1-5 private sessions to allow yourself to get comfortable with the equipment, pacing, and foundations.
-
While we love the foundation Joseph Pilates laid, we believe the practice should evolve over time and consider ourselves a contemporary studio. While you may see some classical repertoire, expect creative, adaptable sequences with bits of yoga and strength training embedded throughout.
-
Group classes are capped at five clients to ensure personalized attention and a focused environment.
-
Group classes are 45 minutes. Private sessions are 55 minutes.
-
Please inform your instructor before class of any injuries, limitations, or medical concerns.
While Pilates can support strength and mobility, group classes require participants to have body awareness and the ability to move independently. Those with acute injuries or specific rehabilitation needs may be better suited for private sessions or working with a physical therapist.
Your safety is always prioritized over intensity.

Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session.
No-shows for private sessions will incur an additional $50 fee.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for our instructors and fellow clients.
-
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist through the booking system.
If a spot becomes available, you will automatically be added to the class and notified. Standard cancellation policies apply once you are moved into the class.
If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist to allow space for others.

We are all about being present.

Yes. Seasonal guests are welcome and may purchase single sessions or class packs during their stay. We do not differentiate between seasonal and year-round clients. Everyone receives the same experience.

Please do not come to class if you are getting sick, feeling unwell, recovering from illness, or have been recently exposed to someone who is sick.
Pilates is a breath-centered practice, and illnesses can spread quickly in a small studio environment. Out of consideration for fellow clients and instructors, we ask that you stay home, rest, and return to class once you are feeling fully recovered.
Your health and the well-being of our community are always a priority.
